The Pittsburgh Steelers were down two starters due to injury on Thursday as they prepare to take on the Cincinnati Bengals this week. Here is the rundown of practice participants and their statuses.
RB James Conner (quad) DNP
G Kevin Dotson (shoulder) DNP
S Sean Davis (illness) DNP.
CB Joe Haden (concussion) FULL
It is great having Haden back at practice and hopefully, this is a sign he will be released from the concussion protocol fully and can play on Monday. If Conner is unable to play this week it will be some combination of Benny Snell, Jaylen Samuels and Anthony McFarland manning the run game.
In addition to the injuries, linebacker Vince Williams remains on the Reserve/COVID-19 list and isn’t likely to play this week. Guard Matt Feiler and linebacker Robert Spillane remain on IR.
