Steelers vs Bengals final injury report: Vince Williams and Roosevelt Nix OUT

The final injury report and game status updates for the Pittsburgh Steelers came out on Saturday and the news isn’t great. Pittsburgh will be without starting fullback Roosevelt Nix and inside linebacker Vince Williams against the Cincinnati Bengals. They could also be without starting tight end Vance McDonald as he’s listed as doubtful with a shoulder injury.

With Williams out, rookie Devin Bush will get his second start. Bush has been great so far, leading the league in tackles among rookies and No. 6 overall. He also has three fumble recoveries.

If McDonald cannot go, it could be newly-acquired Nick Vannett being thrust into the starting lineup. Xavier Grimble is on IR and rookie Zach Gentry hasn’t impressed. This could significantly alter the gameplan for the Steelers passing offense.
