Both the Pittsburgh Steelers and San Francisco 49ers have announced their inactives for today’s game. For the Steelers, the one big surprise is veteran wide receiver Donte Moncrief who is a healthy scratch. Moncrief has struggled with his hands in the first two games and is benched in favor of Diontae Johnson in the starting lineup. The Steelers will also be without starting inside linebacker Vince Williams. In his place rookie Devin Bush will get his first start.
