With the news of the sudden passing of Pittsburgh Steelers wide receivers coach Darryl Drake, the team was forced to make significant adjustments to their weekly routine. The team canceled practice on Sunday and closed the campus and according to the public relations department, there will be more changes.
On Monday there will be no practice and there will be no media availability.
The team will resume workouts on Tuesday August 13 with head coach Mike Tomlin addressing the media prior to practice at 11:00 a.m. with practice to follow that afternoon.
There are no other scheduled changes to the practice week at this time. Obviously given the sensitive situation this could change. The team is scheduled to take on the Kansas City Chiefs at home on Saturday night.
