Tuesday was a busy day for the Pittsburgh Steelers on the injury front. Multiple players missed practice and had to leave practice due to injuries.
According to reports offensive tackle Alejandro Villanueva, linebacker Bud Dupree, cornerback Justin Layne, wide receiver Donte Moncrief, linebacker Sutton Smith, running back Ralph Webb and tight end Trevor Wood all left practice with injuries.
In addition, running back James Conner, linebacker Vince Williams, safety Sean Davis, center Maurkice Pouncey, guard Ramon Foster and wide receiver Diontae Johnson all missed practice on Tuesday.
The Steelers play their first preseason game of the year on Friday. Hopefully all these holdouts are just precautionary and the team will be ready to roll against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
