The Tennessee Titans were finally able to start moving the chains at the bottom of the first quarter, but it came with a cost.
After a rush for no gain, running back Jeremy McNichols was shaken up and had to make his way to the sideline.
McNichols was down for an extended period of time, but was able to leave the field on his own power.
The Pittsburgh Steelers lead the Titans, 15-0 at the end of the first quarter.
UPDATE: McNichols was able to return to action shortly after leaving the field and is back in for the team at the start of the second quarter.
