The Pittsburgh Steelers announced some roster additions on Friday. One was the signing of cornerback Jack Tocho. Tocho was with the Birmingham of the AAF this past season but found himself looking for work when the league folded this week.
Tocho is a former seventh-round pick of the Minnesota Vikings out of North Carolina State. He spent most of his rookie season on the Vikings practice squad. He spent most of 2018 without a team before joining the Iron.
Tocho’s size and measurables are enticing and he should have every opportunity to earn a roster spot as the Steelers continue to rebuild their secondary.
