Steelers RB James Conner passes on interviews: ‘Less talking and more playing’

If you were a member of the Pittsburgh Steelers you couldn’t be happy about the start for this team. This is a group that was supposed to be good this season. Despite all the losses this group is loaded with talent. But sitting at 0-3 there are more questions than answers with this team. One guy who has had a rocky start is running back James Conner. And judging by his disinterest in being interviewed on Tuesday he really doesn’t want to get into it.

You can’t put all of Conner’s problems on him. Pointing fingers is easy but the struggles in the run game are a team effort. Conner has 97 yards on 34 carries through three games and has been nothing like the player who made the Pro Bowl last year.

I’m glad the players aren’t happy about their situation but do you feel like this will translate to the field? If it doesn’t nothing else really matters.
