Every season, the Pittsburgh Steelers take one of their organized team activity practices and leave the gridiron for some relaxation and team building. Their favorite spot has been Dave and Buster’s in recent years but it seems the team decided they’d had enough skee ball and pop-a-shot and headed to Topgolf for something new.
Judging by the video below, a lot of these guys are fortunate to be great at football because professional golf if not in their future.
The Steelers have utilized an off day during OTAs since Mike Tomlin took over as head coach as a way for players to connect off the field. This is even more important than before with the Steelers in the midst of a significant change in team culture. It was great to see so many players participate.
