On Monday, the Pittsburgh Steelers announced their team captains for the 2019 season. On offense it will be quarterback Ben Roethlisberger and center Maurkice Pouncey. Representing the defense will be defensive tackle Cam Heyward and from special teams, it’s fullback Roosevelt Nix.
Roethlisberger has been named a captain 11 times. This is the fifth time for Heyward, the third time and for Nix this is his first time being named special teams captain.
