Steelers legend Troy Polamalu on getting to the HOF: ‘Happiness can’t describe it’

Everything didn’t go exactly as planned for former Pittsburgh Steelers safety Troy Polamalu is in Canton and will be enshrined in the Pro Football Hall of Fame on Saturday night.

Polamalu did make it to town in time to be in the Hall of Fame Grand Parade but missed the jacket ceremony on Friday night. Polamalu announced just over a week ago that he had tested positive for COVID-19 and was unable to travel until he had been released from quarantine.

Polamalu is one of four former Steelers who will be enshrined on Saturday night as part of the 2020 Hall of Fame class. The ceremony was moved from last August due to the COVID-19 pandemic so we get back-to-back Hall of Fame ceremonies this weekend.
