The NFL Network began their annual countdown of the Top 100 players in the league as voted on by the players and we already have a Pittsburgh Steeler sighting. Making the list for the first time is linebacker T.J. Watt who checks in at No. 93.
Watt was downright dominant in his second NFL season. The Steelers leaned heavily on Watt as both a pass rusher and coverage linebacker and he didn’t disappoint in either capacity. Watt finished with 68 tackles, 13 sacks and six forced fumbles. Watt now has 20 career sacks in only two years.
Watt is just the first of many Steelers who should make the list this year.
