Steelers LB T.J. Watt comes off PUP list

Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker T.J. Watt has spent all of training camp on the Active/PUP (Physically Unable to Perform) list after feeling tightness in his hamstring after the team’s conditioning test. But according to the team, he has been removed from the list for Sunday night’s practice. This will be his first practice of camp.

While Watt has been out, everyone got a heavy dose of Ola Adeniyi and he’s been impressive. Watt is one of the best all-around linebackers in the league and finished 2018 with 13 sacks. A strong case can be made Watt is the best defensive player on the Steelers and is still getting better.
