Over the course of the last three seasons, the Pittsburgh Steelers have gone to great lengths to get younger and many key positions. The Steelers could have as many as seven starters under the age of 25 when the regular season gets going.
CBS Sports put out their list of the 25 best players under 25 years old and two Steelers made the list.
Linebacker T.J. Watt and wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster both deserve to make the list. In fact, a case could be made both guys should be higher. The most glaring omission from the list? For me, itโs running back James Conner. He put up huge numbers in an injury-shortened season. He had five 100-yard rushing games and had 13 total touchdowns.
