When opening lines came out, the Pittsburgh Steelers were the slimmest of favorites over the Indianapolis Colts. But after starting off the week as 1.5-point favorites, the Steelers now find themselves as 1.5-point underdogs according to Bet MGM.
Why the flip? It’s likely from a combination of factors. Bettors probably threw lots of money at the Colts when they were underdogs, causes the line to move. But the injury situation in Pittsburgh didn’t help.
It is starting to look more and more like the Steelers will be without two of their three best running backs and one starting offensive lineman. This would put the burnt of the offense on Mason Rudolph, who struggled against a woeful Miami Dolphins defense last week.
