Holders Linfield Swifts have been drawn away to Big Two rivals Glentoran II's.
Elsewhere. Lisburn Distillery have been handed a home draw against Abbey Villa, while Belfast Celtic will host Newington.
And in the other tie of the round Premier Intermediate League side Bangor will have home advantage against either Crewe United, Crusaders Under 20's or St James' Swifts.
