Statement after air ambulance lands in Bulwell

A patient was airlifted to hospital following reports of a medical emergency in Bulwell.

The incidents was reported on Sunday, October 17.

Crews were called to a commercial address in Bulwell.

Video footage shows the moment the air ambulance landed at the scene.

One patient was taken to Queen’s Medical Centre via double-crewed ambulance, the ambulance service has confirmed.

A spokesperson for East Midlands Ambulance Service said: “We received a call at 2.14pm on October 17 to a commercial address in Bulwell.

"The caller reported a medical emergency. We sent a double-crewed ambulance and the air ambulance was also in attendance. One patient was taken to Queen’s Medical Centre via double-crewed ambulance.”
