Seiri is a customer experience agency, meaning we help businesses conduct customer research and then use this data to conduct business improvements that will help engender customer loyalty.
There are some agencies of this kind in London, but we are primarily targeting businesses in South Wales and the West of England, and what we have found is that many businesses in this area are often unaware of the existence of customer experience agencies.
As such, part of our work has been educating businesses on the benefits of hiring such an agency. While much of this has been face to face, we have recently invested in a video camera and are in the process of creating informative videos and case studies from our clients to explain what the business does. These will be posted on YouTube, to back up our existing digital marketing (website, social media, etc).
Despite starting with no capital, the business has raised a five-digit turnover in its first year. As the founder I created the website, logo and everything else necessary to get out there and start trading. The only initial cost was for the seiri.co.uk domain name.
