My Beauty Matches makes it easier to make beauty product decisions that are driven by data. For consumers we are like Match.com for beauty, and for businesses we are a beauty analytics company.
Although we launched only a year ago - with almost no marketing budget - the site has built a community of 85,000 people thanks to social media and word of mouth.
There is a need in the £380bn beauty market for a personalised and unbiased platform and My Beauty Matches caters to this. People are tired of the fake beauty adverts and the biased advice from counters – My Beauty Matches was born to help people discover the right products for them, taking the frustration out of their shopping.
In less than a year since it launched, My Beauty Matches already has some of the UK’s top retailers such as House of Fraser and Boots working with them.
My Beauty Matches has already been nominated for five awards in its first year - and won two of them. Part of TechCityInsider 100, My Beauty Matches founder, Nidhima Kohli, has also been featured as one of the top women in leadership.
