- Tom Baldwin, who published Sir Keir’s unauthorised biography in 2024, said that the prime minister is “deeply frustrated” and determined not to resign like David Cameron did after the 2016 Brexit vote.
- Mr Baldwin described the Labour leader as a “complicated man” with “deep emotions”, who is “stubborn” and “proud”.
- “He doesn’t want to leave this way,” Mr Baldwin added.
