  • Speaking in the Commons on Wednesday, 20 May, Starmer congratulated Guardiola on his success with the club.
  • The Prime Minister also used the opportunity to congratulate Arsenal Football Club on winning the Premier League championship.
  • Starmer, who is an Arsenal season ticket holder, said: “And if I could declare an interest, I’d also like to say congratulations to Arsenal Football Club on becoming the Premier League champions.”
