Starbucks is giving out free coffee this Friday - here's how to get one

Starbucks is synonymous with coffee, and for many of us it's how we start our day.

This Friday, also known as International Coffee Day, Starbucks is celebrating 50 years of coffee.

In celebration of their Golden anniversary, they're offering a free Tall Filter Coffee (yes, that is the small size) to anyone who brings a reusable cup in on Friday October 1.

This offer is available at all Starbucks stores in the UK and Ireland on the condition you're thinking of the environment.

You do have to use a cup that can be used time and time again, rather than the single use cups so many of us are used to using.

There's an impressive range of cups always available in store but if you don't want one with the Starbucks logo there are other options.

The only condition to get your free cup of Starbucks Autumn Blend is that you hand over a clean, reusable cup at the till.

Amazon has a number of travel mugs available, and some of them also happen to be Climate Pledge Friendly.

The 720°DGREE Travel Mug “PleasureToGo“ comes in six different colours and can take up to 450ml of coffee.

You can also get the LARS NYSØM Thermo Coffee Mug-to-go, the larger side being slightly bigger than a Starbucks Tall.

It comes in a gorgeous range of colours.

If you order quickly enough, your cup will arrive on time to take advantage of the free coffee deal.
