Genk star Jarne Steuckers insists there is no pressure on them at Ibrox this week, despite their under-fire boss reportedly having two games to save his job.
Rangers face the Belgian side after their own under-pressure manager, Russell Martin, guided his side into the semi-finals of the Premier Sports Cup with a win over Hibs.
But Genk slumped to third bottom of the Belgian league after a last-gasp defeat to champions Union Saint-Gilloise at the weekend.
Their German manager, Thorsten Fink, has been told he must produce results this week in their Europa League opener in Glasgow and in their upcoming derby against Sint-Truiden or face the consequences after fans turned on him.
But Genk midfielder Steuckers insists they can relax when they play Rangers.
He said: "The Europa League game at Rangers is without pressure for us and we can build confidence there.
"I think we're putting in good performances and playing good football. We were the better team against the champions.

"We lost a goal right at the end at Union Saint-Gilloise, which was incredibly frustrating.
"This is a low point, but when you reach the lowest point, you can only go up.
"We have to pull ourselves up and just get back up.
"At the moment, we are not taking our chances and we need to start doing that this week with two huge games coming up."
