A main road in Penarth has been closed by police after a car overturned.
South Wales Police said Stanwell Road is closed due to the incident.
Several firefighters and paramedics were called to the scene. A spokeswoman for South Wales Fire and Rescue said the incident involved two cars and that one person had to be cut out of a car.
She said two people were injured and that they were now in the hands of medical staff.
A spokeswoman for the Welsh Ambulance Service said: “We were called at approximately 2.30pm today to reports of a road traffic accident on Stanwell Road, Penarth."
