Stan Collymore, the former Nottingham Forest, Liverpool and Aston Villa striker, has announced he is leaving TalkSport radio station after not having his contract renewed.
The 45-year-old, who retired from playing in 2001, has been a pundit for the station for the last eight years and was part of their coverage of Euro 2016.

However, Collymore announced on Tuesday that a contract offer put forward earlier this year has now been withdrawn.
“After 8 extremely successful years at TalkSport, the station has decided to withdraw its contract offer from May this year,” he wrote, before adding: “If anyone wants a highly motivated, audience growing, award winning and passionate broadcaster dedicated to engaging with football fans around the country, give me a call! Will comment further when appropriate!”
Last month Rupert Murdoch’s News Corporation, the parent company of the Sun and Times, struck a £220m deal to buy Wireless Group, the owner of TalkSport.
