Staff and students at a Liverpool school have been told to self-isolate after a pupil tested positive for coronavirus.
A total of 56 pupils and three staff members will now spend 14 days self isolating at home following the positive test.
It comes just days after the school reopened its doors to all pupils on Wednesday, September 2, for the first time in six months.

A spokesperson for Liverpool City Council confirmed to the ECHO that a pupil at the school had tested positive for Covid-19.
They said: "We can confirm that one pupil has tested positive for coronavirus.
"Three staff members and 56 pupils are self isolating."
The council said the city's public health team are working with the school to support them with the measures in place.
Liverpool has been hit by a recent spike of coronavirus cases, with the city recording 133 new cases of the virus between August 29 and September 4.
