Stacey Solomon has opened up about what it was like to be pregnant at the tender age of 17.
Being a proud mum to three boys, the Loose Women panelist, 31, is known for her helpful at-home tips to fellow mums on social media.
Stacey - who is engaged to Joe Swash - admitted she got into tidying because there was "no space to be messy".
"At a young age — I was just 17 when I became pregnant — I became a mum myself," she wrote in her book Tap To Tidy.
"That meant there was me, my brother, my sister, my baby son, Zachary, and my mum all living in one small house, with no space to be messy."
Stacey also wrote in the book - which is being serialised by Daily Mail - that she "had no idea" what she was doing when it came to caring for her baby.
"As such a young mum, I felt completely out of control and out of my depth," she penned.
"I had no idea what the hell I was doing; it felt like all my decisions had been made for me and there was nothing I could do about that."
Stacey last month admitted she felt ashamed of her baby bump during her first pregnancy with son Zachary at just 17 years old.
"I just remember feeling so ashamed," she said on Loose Women. "I know that sounds awful but when I was pregnant with Zach, all I felt the whole way through was shame.
"I looked like a baby as well. I looked about six. I think people just looked and were like, 'ugh, why is she pregnant?' Maybe it's a bit of a trauma I just haven't addressed."
Despite the obstacles Stacey has faced in the past as a young mum, she's now happier than ever as she's a proud mum to three boys.
She shares son Rex with fiancé Joe.
Stacey gave birth to Rex in May 2019, as the tot has grown up in front of our eyes as Stacey makes sure to document what he's up to.
The singer is also a proud mum to sons Zachary and Leighton.
Stacey gave birth to her first born son Zachary - whose dad is Dean Cox - at 17, and son Leighton - whose father is Aaron Barnham - four years later.
Stacey's book book Tap To Tidy: Organising, Crafting & Creating Happiness in a Messy World, comes out next month.
