Stacey Solomon revealed she was "in denial" about her pregnancy as she prepares to welcome her second child with fiance Joe Swash.
She said on social media the couple tragically suffered from miscarriages along the way, meaning she was scared of accepting she was pregnant and of telling people the news.
Stacey, 31, looked glowing as she made her return to the Loose Women panel with Kaye Adams, Nadia Sawalha, and Judi Love.
Kaye said: "Stacey I am so excited about your wonderful news!"
Nadia added: "I am so relieved, it's a privilege."
"Does it feel good to have it out there?" asked Kaye.
Stacey replied: "Having it out there was never a worry, but you know what I was like, girls, I was in denial.
"I thought, 'You never know, don't think it might not happen again, it might happen, it might not happen.'
"We wanted to wait for a point where it was actually happening, it was actually happening."
"Sometimes it's nice to have that to yourself isn't it?" asked Nadia.

"Yeah, although sometimes it's not that great is it?" Stacey said.
"Sometimes it's nice to share your experiences, good or bad, and sometimes it's nice to fester in a cave on your own and go, 'I've got to stay safe and stay tired and stay in'.
"I am so excited girls, honestly," she added, as the panelists asked how her sons felt about the news.
Stacey replied: "They are so excited, Rex has no idea, he's not at that age, but he loves his animals, I think he will love it.

"We are just so grateful and feel so privileged to have the chance to have another baby, we love being parents, it's our favourite thing in the whole wide world, we just cannot wait," she gushed.
Speaking about baby loss with an Instagram follower, she wrote: "So many of you messaging this… It’s so comforting in one way because knowing so many people have had similar experiences somehow makes you feel less alone…
"But it’s also so sad because, you know that nothing you say or do will take away from how exhausting and heartbreaking those experiences are.
"Thinking of you all and I’m feeling so so grateful."
"We’ve experienced it a few times in the last year and a bit and it’s such a sinking feeling (a year is not a long time when I read so many others experiences) so many of you have been trying for years and years.
"Keep going if you can and if you want to.
"But honestly it’s heartbreaking. Love you all to the moon and back."
