Stacey Solomon suffers major makeup blunder with extreme foundation mismatch

Stacey Solomon has suffered a major makeup blunder on her way home from filming Loose Women.

The telly presenter, 30, couldn't find the right foundation shade for her face as she laughed off the mishap in a video on Instagram.

Holding in her laugh, she told fans: "All done and on the way home. The foundation I had to borrow is not quite the match that I thought it was now that I've stepped outside.

"Oh well. Can you tell? I hope you're all okay."

Stacey is one of the telly stars forced to do her own makeup amid the pandemic.

To maintain the 1m distance, the government is trying to keep as few people in the building as possible to avoid the virus spreading.

With a dramatic reduction in crew and in-studio guests, less and less people are in the studio day by day.

Some of the first crew members to leave were the hair and make-up artists, with everyone on the show instead doing their own looks.

This means that the Loose Women panelists are forced to do their own makeup before appearing on-screen.

Stacey recently dished the dirt on Loose Women's "strict" new policies as she returns to work during the pandemic.

The mum-of-three has revealed that she was "anxious" before learning about the dramatic changes put in place at the venue in the wake of the deadly virus.

The telly personality says she was riddled with anxiety prior to stepping foot in the Loose Women studios based in the capital as London was one of the "hardest-hit" areas by Covid-19.

However Stacey says she felt "safer" when she realised strict rules introduced at her workplace.

She told  Metro : "But then when I realised how strict it was and the policies they have in place like you know, we do all our hair and makeup at home, we don’t get to the studio until literally minutes before we go on. All our briefings are done from home."

She added: "And we're in separate rooms, we're not actually allowed to be anywhere near one another until we are on there," she added.

"And then we leave straight away after and everything is wiped down constantly, cleaned, and the crew is at a bare minimum."
