Stacey, who is expecting a baby girl with her fiance Joe Swash, says she's hoping for easy labour and she wants baby number four to 'just slide out'
Former X Factor star Stacey took to Instagram Stories to tell fans it’s the first time she hasn’t wished away her pregnancy because this might be her last.
Catching up with her 4.7 million followers from the comfort of her bed, Stacey said she has been thinking about the labour.

“I was just laying here thinking. And firstly, I was thinking that I can’t believe I'm still pregnant," she said.
“I really thought I would have had her by now. But actually, this is the first time I’ve been pregnant and I've not wished the end away.
“Because I know I won’t do it again, so I’m trying to cling on to every second.
"But I was also thinking that I actually have got to get her here now."
She added while giggling: "I’ve got to push her out. I’ve been in denial about it for the last nine months, I think.
“Hopefully it’s number four, so hopefully I’ll just sneeze her out. But I know it’s going to be horrendous.
"I know it’s not bad for everyone, but I really don’t love labour. I think it really hurts."
Stacey, who shot to fame on the X Factor in 2009, revealed in June that she was pregnant after a miscarriage ordeal.
She has a two-year-old son Rex with Joe and older sons Zach, 13, and Leighton, nine.
