Stacey Solomon shares latest Pickle Cottage revamp as she starts work on kids' bedrooms

Stacey Solomon has been planning further renovations for her new home Pickle Cottage.

The Loose Women star, 30, moved into the swanky £1.2million pad in March with her fiancé Joe Swash and her three kids.

The doting mum-of-three has been sharing updates with her fans on Instagram as she goes along.

On Tuesday, she revealed that Leighton and Rex's room has had some work done after a fan asked to see if she had made any progress.

Stacey proudly showed off the new ceiling and walls, writing: "Let's get started shall we... Leighton's room ceiling wall and three walls are done.

"Just waiting for his light blue paint to come... AND THE BED FITS. Leighton LOVES IT," she shared.

She explained her son currently has light grey walls, but he wants to have a light blue feature wall.

"He's going to have wardrobes and a desk across here," the TV star added as she pointed across the expansive bedroom.

Stacey moved next door into Zachary's room, admitting the 13-year-old wants to paint it himself.

"Only the ceiling is done, he wants it all electric blue," Stacey laughed.

The busy mum then took her 4.4million followers outside for a pool update.

"The work on the pool starts this month," she excitedly told her fans.

Stacey continued: "We're going to cut a rectangle out around the border, sink it down for a splash pool bit and then add some steps and then put the proper safety cover on it.

"All going well it will be completely finished and ready in June."

Stacey then shared all the sweet messages she's had from fans about the new house, as they begged to see more of her montage videos, which appear to have taken a back seat since the move.

Sharing a satisfying video of her putting shopping away in her old kitchen, the TV star said: "Pickle Cottage kitchen is getting started really soon. So instead of bringing all of my jars and tension rods in only to take them out again... I've left them in the shed and just have the basics in the house for now and I can't wait to get my hands on the new cupboards to make more of this absolute porn."
