"I am as exhausted as I look. I look like my little brother at the moment," she wrote with the video.
"I can't wait to get some energy and do all of the things I imagined I'd do on maternity. I feel a bit sad that it's flying by and the days are so short and I'm not doing anything because I'm so tired.

"Sounds so silly I know. I think it's just because I'm more than halfway through it and I'm feeling like I don't want it to be over.
"Rose is just like 'I don't care where we go as long as those boobs come with us'."
Stacey also wrote a reassuring message to her followers.
She added: "I know it's hard mama. I know it can be hard to get up every day and have these little people rely on you.
"I know it's hard to feel like sometimes your world is so small. I want to remind you, you are the world."
Stacey gave birth to baby Rose on her 32nd birthday on October 4 at the family home Pickle Cottage.
The mum-of-four, who shot to fame on the X Factor in 2009, revealed in June that she was pregnant after going through a heart-breaking miscarriage ordeal.
She also has a two-year-old son Rex with her fiance Joe Swash and older sons Zach, 13, and Leighton, nine.
