Stacey Solomon shares her sadness with fans as she cuddles baby Rose

Stacey Solomon has shared an update on her maternity journey as she tells fans she feels 'sad'.

The TV presenter shared an Instagram story of herself and her daughter Rose where she told fans she has no energy and had so many plans for her maternity.

She wrote: "Back in bed - shocker.

"I am as exhausted as I look. I look like my little brother at the moment.

"I can't wait to get some energy and do all of the things I imagined I'd do on maternity. I feel a bit sad that it's flying by and the days are so short and I'm not doing anything because I'm so tired.

"Sounds so silly I know. I think it's just because I'm more than halfway through it and I'm feeling like I don't want it to be over.

"Rose is just like 'I don't care where we go as long as those boobs come with us'."

The Loose Women panellist has shared adorable images of her baby daughter with her 4.8million followers since the start of her pregnancy journey.

In her Instagram story, the mum shared an adorable video of her and her six-week old daughter before sharing a snap of the youngster fast asleep.

In a reassuring message to her fans, she added: "I know it's hard mama. I know it can be hard to get up every day and have these little people rely on you.

"I know it's hard to feel like sometimes your world is so small. I want to remind you, you are the world.

"You are the world that those little ones revolve around. You are their nurture, their home and their comfort. You are everything to them and I hope even on your hard days you know how special you are. Especially to your little people."

Stacey is also mother to sons Zachary, 13, and Leighton, nine, from a previous relationship.
