If you've not slept properly for a few nights, you're most certainly not alone.
A mini-heatwave has hit the UK, creating muggy evenings and leaving the nation struggling to get some shut eye.
But Loose Women panelist Stacey Solomon, 30, has revealed how her family are coping - and her fans are loving her tips.
The Mirror reports she first revealed her partner Joe Swash was attempting to tire their one-year-old Rex out before his bedtime with an energetic boogie in front of the TV.
The mum-of-three then returned to her Instagram Story to explain she was 'two down' with a flexing arm emoji as she shared a picture of her two youngest sons fast asleep on her chest.
Revealing her top hack to help herself drift off, Stacey explained: "Going to carry them to bed and then have a nice cool bath."
But wasn't just any old 'cool' bath Stacey treated herself too.
She shared a snap of her very inviting looking chilled bubble bath which was filled with petal leaves and set off with a tray of flowers and candles and an ice-filled drink, to help her relax in style before going to bed.
Earlier in the day, cleaning mad Stacey shared a video of her doing some multi-tasking as she jet washed her patio and turned the water on her boys Leighton and Zacheray to cool them down.
"Killing two birds with one stone. A fun activity for the children and my patio is getting a clean.
"Don't worry they are far away and it's on the softest spray," she then added before the trolls started.
