Stacey Solomon shares candid snap of her tummy and says she misses being nice to herself

Stacey Solomon has learned to embrace her natural body, even if it did take some reminders from fans along the way.

The mum-of-three got candid with her Instagram followers as she admitted that she missed being nice to herself.

Stacey told fans that her recent weight loss left her with excess skin - and it took some time for her to love it.

But the Loose Women panelist is finally in a happy place of self-love, as she urged her fans to follow suit and celebrate their bodies.

In a powerful Instagram post, Stacey grinned from ear-to-ear as her youngest son Rex - whom she shares with partner Joe Swash - looked at her in awe.

Stacey showed off her tummy in the post, writing to her 3.7 million followers: "I Love My Body.

"It is changing all of the time so it takes some getting used to now and again... But thank Goodness it does change because if it didn't I wouldn't have that smile to wake up to every morning or those big brothers of his either..."

Stacey went on to say that posts of self-love from her fans encouraged her to do the same, as she thanked everyone for reminding her to take a second to love herself.

She continued: "Seeing all of your body confidence posts yesterday and today just reminded me of how much I miss being nice to myself.

"I've lost weight recently for some reason and I didn't lose my skin with it so I've not been very nice to myself about it which isn't like me at all."

Stacey continued to uplift her fanbase, telling them that everyone's "body is different and that's what makes them special".

She added: "Your posts have reminded me that I am beautiful and every BODY is different and that's what makes them special. You are the only you and that is perfect IMO.

" Cellulite is pretty, Stretch marks are glitter, extra skin extra so it’s got to be good right? Feel like I've got a special offer on skin.

"I love you all to the moon and back. Be nice to yourself. Because that’s what you deserve."
