Stacey Solomon says she had to get to know her baby daughter before deciding on what to call her.
The mum-of-five, 33, has chosen to name the tot Belle, but admitted she waited for days after giving birth to decide on the moniker.
Taking to Instagram with a photo of her bundle of joy - who has a full head of hair - she said: "We really wanted to meet her and get to know her before we decided on a name."
Stacey revealed Belle's name on Monday, telling fans: "Belle, our little Belle. Our beautiful, delicate baby girl. Who will forever remind us of the bluebells that are about to bloom as you bring the spring with you into the world…
"And a little special connection to your Rose. To the moon and back Belle. Forever and always."
The Sort Your Life Out star and husband Joe Swash, 40, announced they were expecting another baby in January.
Eagled-fans reckoned Stacey might be expecting again after she sported a lot of loose clothing and let slip "wrapping paper is expensive when you've got five kids" in her Christmas crafting show.
When quizzed why she didn't share her baby news sooner, the much-loved presenter explained she found out she was pregnant 'a lot later than usual'.
The X Factor star has two other kids with Joe - Rex, three and Rose, one.
Rose's middle name is Opal, which has a special significance for Stacey and Joe.
Explaining the name on Loose Women, Ruth Langsford said: "Opal is Stacey's birth stone and Rose was actually born on Stacey's birthday, so that's now her birthday which is lovely, and then Stacey's engagement ring has got two Australian opals because that's where she and Joe met on I'm A Celebrity."
The couple's son Rex's middle names Toby Francis also have a special meaning.
Stacey explained: "Rex because our boys think he sounds like a T-Rex. Francis is Joe’s Nanna’s name and Toby is my Nanna’s name."
The star admitted she was reluctant to reveal what she had decided to call her son, saying: It's taken us this long to announce the name because for some strange, probably hormone and post birth related, reason I didn’t want to do it until his official due date."
Rex, Rose and Belle will no doubt be getting all the cuddles from their big brothers Zachary and Leighton, who Stacey shares with her previous partners.
The siblings also have a half-brother Harry, who is Joe's son from his relationship with his ex Emma Sophocleous.
