Stacey Solomon says she can 'finally stop worrying about baby Rose' after health update

Stacey Solomon is celebrating that the latest health update for her baby daughter Rose has meant that a huge weight has come off her mind.

The 32-year-old Loose Women panellist has had concerns about the development of Rose but her fears have been put to the rest after the six-week-old's latest health check.

Posting on her Instagram Story, Stacey shared a gorgeous snap of baby Rose who is staring down the camera with her beautiful blue eyes.

Dressed in a pink floral dress with pink tights and a pink bow around her head, Rose looks the picture of contentment as she lies back for the photo.

This feeling has also come to Stacey as she told her followers: "Yaaaay Rose!

"We just had our 6 week check and Rose is now 8lbs 5 ounces. She was 6lbs 1 ounce when she was born so we are so happy."

Stacey finished with saying that this was the good news she was hoping for, writing: "I think now it’s time for me to stop questioning it and worrying and keep going…

"Happy Wednesday everyone."

It has been a good couple of days for Stacey as yesterday she delighted fans with a sweet video of Rose trying to smile for the first time.

The mother-of-four captioned a clip of her daughter's gummy smile: "This morning Rose was trying so hard to smile and my heart couldn't take it (tried to drown my voice out with music but it was impossible)"

She added that this might explain why Rose has been a bit unsettled at the moment.

The TV presenter continued: "She's been a little unsettled the last couple of days so I've been convincing myself it's because she's learning to smile.

"So at the end of the day this little crazy leap will become the best reward ever."

She then added: "And now we are going to do our school run. I look like I've been dragged through a hedge backwards, but I'm dressed so it's a win, I'd say."
