Stacey Solomon says her period was late after Joe Swash was 'trying to get her pregnant'

Stacey Solomon has revealed her period was late after talking about having another baby with her boyfriend Joe Swash.

The Loose Women panelist, 30, took to her Instagram stories on Tuesday to reveal her relief that her period had finally arrived.

Her post came after she jokingly said Joe was trying to get her pregnant as she filmed him doing housework.

In today's post Stacey looked elated as she cuddled up with the couple's 11-month-old son Rex.

She captioned the snap: "I feel loads better today Aunt Flo has arrived in full force. She didn't come to play this month but the relief is amazing.

"How are you feeling today? I hope you're all ok! Let's do this Tuesday."

Stacey had previously put rumours of a split from Joe to bed with a video of him cleaning their windows.

She has often said her boyfriend performing the housework and chores turns her on.

"He's trying to get me pregnant again," she captioned the video.

But it seems the former X Factor star was only joking and they haven't shared any plans to have another baby.

As well as sharing Rex with Joe, Stacey is already mum to Zachary, 12, and Leighton, eight, from previous relationships.

Fans were left worried that Stacey and Joe had broken up last week.

She briefly disappeared from social media because had "lots going on at home" and when she returned she didn't post any photos of Joe.

However, Stacey said they hadn't split, explaining: "Personal reasons' isn't code for divorce (we aren't married but you know what I mean) it just means some things are happening in our lives personally at the moment.

"And some things aren't mine to share.

"We love you all & hope you're all ok. These are really strange, scary and emotional times and it's not easy for anyone."
