The audio said: "It wasn't a coincidence. They were supposed to come first. They came into the world to turn yours upside down. They're the leaders, the nurturers, the trailblazers, the first. And time flies just a little bit faster with them. Yeah, there's something special about the oldest."

The clip continued, showing Zachary helping out with his younger siblings - Rose, Rex and Leighton. Stacey added her own words, as she captioned the post. The Loose Women panelist said: "Happy Birthday Zachary. It definitely wasn’t a coincidence.

"The truth is you changed my whole life. I could never have comprehended the light and love you would bring. At 17 years old the things they said about us, what they didn’t know was that you were my beginning, my reason, my sole purpose to get up and do my absolute best. And you’ve been by my side ever since. It would never have turned out this way without you."

She added: "Zachary I’m so proud of the man you are becoming and the kind, caring, amazing person that you are. We did it Zachy. 14 years my darling boy. To the moon and back forever & always."

Stacey shares Zachary with ex-boyfriend Dean Cox and makes sure that he still spends time with his dad. She also shares middle son Leighton with former fiancé Aaron Barnham and has previously said she would never stop her sons spending time with their fathers.

The mum-of-four also has Rex and Rose to her current partner and fiancé Joe Swash. The couple are set to be married later this year.
