Stacey Solomon quits social media for the day over 'confidence crisis'

Stacey Solomon quit social media for the day on Friday as she admitted she was suffering a "confidence crisis".

The Loose Women panelist, 31, said she was putting her phone down for the whole day because she felt "embarrassed" of herself.

Taking to her Instagram stories, Stacey revealed she had been flicking through pictures of her son Rex, one, and shared an adorable one of him giving a huge smile to the camera.

She captioned the snap: "Going to put my phone away today because... I'm 99.9% sure it's hormonal but I'm having one of those days where I feel embarrassed.

"Do you ever just feel embarrassed of yourself? Or like everything you say/think is annoying?

"Where you just feel like everyone hates you and you're getting on their nerves?

"Then the voice in your head is like 'oh my g-d you're so cringe.' Well I'm having one of those days.

"I know I'm so lucky. And my ridiculous meaningless confidence crisis is NOTHING on the scale of what people are going through right now. So please ignore me.

"I just thought I'd be honest and share the rubbish along with all the good otherwise what's the point in it all?

"Hope you have a lovely day. Love you all."

Last night Stacey had complained about Joe Swash trying to get him a PlayStation 5.

Joe, 38, was entering competitions to win the games console and she begged him to stop.

Stacey warned that she'll "lose him forever" as he'll become addicted to gaming if he gets one.
