Television favourite Stacey Solomon has paid tribute to her partner Joe Swash in a heartwarming social media tribute.
The Loose Women star, 30, took to social media to post an image of her beloved Joe and their baby boy Rex.
With Father's Day this weekend, Stacey was sure to take note of how much of a fantastic dad her boyfriend is for their children.
Sharing a repost of an image Joe posted of himself playing with their son Rex on her Instagram Story, Stacey wrote of how proud she is of Joe considering his own tragic family history.
She wrote: "Had to repost Hoe's one didn't I".
"...seriously though knowing how much of his own father he missed out on, losing him at such a young age...
"Nothing brings me more joy than seeing him being an amazing father to all of our boys."
Stacey ended by making an address directly to her beloved partner, who recently won the 2020 series of Dancing On Ice.
She ended: "We are so lucky to have you @realjoeswashy."
The pair have been in a relationship together since 2015, with Stacey having two sons, Zachary and Leighton, from previous relationships.
Stacey gave birth to her first child with Joe in March last year and named him Rex.
Joe also has another son from a previous relationship.
Joe himself had written when sharing the same image that Stacey shared in an advertisement for Pampers nappies: "Being a dad means everything to me, especially when I see Rex’s face light up every time he does something new - like riding his bike!"
Stacey previously spoke about the loss of his father, Ricky, when Joe was only 12-years-old.
Ricky Swash had an undiagnosed heart condition Sudden Arrhythmic Death Syndrome (SADS), which ultimately proved fatal.
She said on Loose Women last year: "Joe lost his dad when he was 11 and it has had a fundamental impact on his life, especially when huge life events happen, even if they're really positive."
Well, looking at how he is with his own kids, he has definitely tried to be the best dad he can be!
