Stacey Solomon was unable to control her emotions as she and her son Rex returned home after the toddler's hospital stay.
The two-year-old was involved in a horror fall over the weekend that resulted in him needing stitches.
Due to the awkward position of the gash, Stacey revealed that the medical team decided that the little one would have to stay under medical supervision overnight following surgery.
And on Wednesday evening Rex - who pregnant Stacey shares with partner Joe Swash - was allowed to go home and be reunited with his brothers, Leighton and Zachary.
Social media savvy Stacey ensured she documented the boys being all together again on her Instagram Stories and admitted that due to her pregnancy hormones that she was unable to handle the cuteness of the trio.
Alongside a gorgeous snap of her sons, that showed them cuddling whilst sat in a swinging chair, doting mum Stacey wrote: "Back with his best friends.
"I know I’m extremely overtired right now but my hormones can’t take these theee [SIC] right now."
Referencing Rex's joy, she added: "That's the biggest smile I’ve seen on his face all day you just wouldn’t think any of today happened we love you pickle bum."
Loose Women's Stacey had an anxious wait in hospital on Thursday while her youngest boy had to have an operation on his mouth.
She shared a photo of herself holding tightly onto Rex's hand which showed the toddler in his hospital gown.
"I got my pickle back," Stacey captioned the photo, adding big eyes and crying emojis.
"Love you all to the moon and back," she finished the post alongside a string of tearful emojis.
She added in another post: "Everything went so well. We will be back home soon."
Stacey also thanked the hospital, where she revealed she had given birth to her children.
The TV star said: "From giving birth here to fixing the pickles, your staff and everyone who works so hard in your trust have always been so amazing."
While Rex was in surgery, Stacey had been keeping herself busy by having a jacket potato for lunch and watching films.
She had decorated Rex's hospital room with a fake plant and some blankets to make herself feel more at home.
The mum-of-three told her fans: "Honestly, I can't tell you what a fake plant and a blanket do to a room.
"It makes me feel so much less worried when I bring home things with me to these places.
"Thank you all for being so lovely."
