Stacey Solomon in tears as she cancels Joe Swash date night over family drama

Stacey Solomon was left sobbing when she was forced to cancel her date night with Joe Swash last minute.

Family drama unfolding at home took priority which meant the couple had to post-pone their special time together once again on Wednesday.

Crying Stacey had to call off date night because she said her "emotions just can't cope".

She wrote of their family moment: "Date night is cancelled... First mumma, and now this, my emotions can't cope."

The mother-of-three was left feeling overwhelmed when their son Rex took his first steps just hours after he had said "mumma" for the first time.

Stacey and Joe have been holed up at home with their son Rex as well as Stacey's sons Zach and Leigh so they haven't had a lockdown date night "in ages".

The singer had planned to brush her hair in preparation for their big night together.

Poor Joe had already poured all his efforts into cooking up a storm in the kitchen.

Stacey had filmed the hunk slicing the mushrooms up for their romantic dinner before the family drama took off.

But the Instagram blogger was unable to focus on her love when their son Rex took his first steps.

The cleaning guru confessed she was sobbing as she shared her pride over her son already growing up.

She wrote: "And he’s off. Oh pickle. Honestly I am sobbing. If there’s one good thing to come out of these scary hard times it’s that mummy and daddy both being home to see this moment.

"It’s sad and I want time to stand still for a moment but at the same time watching you learn grown is the most incredible, most wonderful thing in the world.

"If anyone needs me I’ll be in the egg chair with 100 Daim bars sobbing into Rex’s baby book. love you all.

"P.S Theo is like “I’m bored of this mum... I’ve been working since I was born and never got this attention”."
