Stacey Solomon hits out at Gwyneth Paltrow for 'endangering people's health'

Stacey Solomon hit out at Gwyneth Paltrow for 'endangering people's health' with her sunscreen advice.

Stacey was unhappy with Gwyneth's recent YouTube video for Vogue which saw her sharing her skincare routine.

The actress revealed that she only puts sun cream on her nose - and doesn't wear it anywhere else on her face.

After ITV's Loose Women talked about Gwyneth's tutorial, Stacey Solomon couldn't hold back as she said: "We were all laughing at the time about Gwyneth's beauty regime because you can't believe it's true that that is what someone's advising you.

"But it is actually really dangerous.

"And when you think about it, people might watch that and be influenced to just put their sun cream here (the nose area).

"It's really scary, so Caroline Hirons, who's a skin expert and she's fantastic - she's really helped me with my skin, just gave us her top five tips about sun damage and being careful in the sun."

Stacey then continued to decry Gwyneth's advice saying: "Number one - ignore everything Gwyneth says.

"Number two, you need a two-finger length's worth of SPF just to your face and neck.

"So if you were to put sun cream on two lengths of your finger, that would be enough to cover your face and neck."

Fellow Loose Women presenters Linda Robson, Nadia Sawalha and Kaye Adams all agreed as did many online.

One said: "The way Gwyneth Paltrow applies sunscreen like it’s highlighter is 100% on brand for her."

Another added: 'IMO gwyneth paltrow’s vogue video is almost criminal - she’s actively encouraging people to avoid SPF which is PROVEN to prevent skin cancer, one of the most common forms of cancer. Slather on the SPF ladies!!!!!!

Someone else commented: "Gwyneth Paltrow's morning routine is the perfect example of why we shouldn't be buying skin care from artists but professionals."

Another wrote: "No but seriously, gwyneth paltrow was really using sunscreen like a liquid highlighter."

And someone else warned: "How can #loosewoman film Gwyneth Paltrow taking such a light view on skincare, sunscreen, skincancer is real!!!!"
