Stacey Solomon has given a serious warning to anyone considering appearing on Love Island .
The 30-year-old panelist was asked on Loose Women today about whether she would let her children appear on the hit ITV2 show.
However she gave a warning to those simply wanting to be famous without a passion or skill.
"I have a massive place in my heart fro reality shows," she said. "It can elevate you to where you want to be because without The X Factor , I would never have been and had the opportunities that I've had today.
"However I think that if you don't go into reality TV without a passion, without a project, without something where you can say 'This is why I'm doing it' then it's a lot harder to deal with it psychologically when you come out.
"There is an elevated interest and elevated fame around you and you don't know what to be or who to be or how to handle it.
"Whereas I felt like I was like, 'This is what I want to be in entertainment, I love singing, I love what I do.'
"When you haven't got I think it's very difficult and I don't think that's easy to deal with.
Meanwhile a teaser from this evening shows the shocked Islanders' expressions over the recoupling decisions.

As the men return, they and the girls will have to choose whether to recouple with their partner or choose a new Islander, so there will definitely be some tears tonight.
