Stacey Solomon has admitted she felt 'ashamed' for getting pregnant as a teenager and said it left her feeling 'out of control'.
The Loose Women star became pregnant at 17 and a mum at 18 in 2008, with eldest son Zachary, now 13 and has admitted she had "no idea what the hell she was doing".
Speaking on the panel show, she said: "As such a young mum, I felt completely out of control and out of my depth.
"I had no idea what the hell I was doing; it felt like all my decisions had been made for me and there was nothing I could do about that.
"I just remember feeling so ashamed. I know that sounds awful but when I was pregnant with Zach, all I felt the whole way through was shame," she said on the ITV show.
"I looked like a baby as well. I looked about six. I think people just looked and were like, 'ugh, why is she pregnant?' Maybe it's a bit of a trauma I just haven't addressed."
Stacey says the chaos of her teen years inspired her to become obsessed with tidying because her whole family were crammed into one home so there was "no space to be messy", writes The Mirror.

In her book, Tap To Tidy, she said "At a young age - I was just 17 when I became pregnant - I became a mum myself.
"That meant there was me, my brother, my sister, my baby son, Zachary, and my mum all living in one small house, with no space to be messy.
Stacey is due to present a new TV show called Sort Your Life Out, which will see her help people to transform their homes, giving them DIY tips on tidiness and storage in order to make their spaces even better.

The TV star, who is also mum to Leighton, nine and two-year-old Rex, is currently pregnant with her fourth child and first daughter with fiance Joe Swash.
Stacey regularly updates her Instagram page with tips and hints on how to keep your house organised and is currently doing a DIY makeover of the £1million country mansion she and Joe bought earlier this year.
