Stacey Solomon, 31, revealed on Loose Women on Friday that she is sure she burns more than 1,000 calories during sex with fiance Joe Swash, 39.
Host Kaye Adams asked: "Have you seen that WW is now giving fit points to people who have sex during their weight loss journey?"
Kaye then mimicked herself lying still on her back, joking that the only calorie she would burn during sex was turning off the light.
Stacey, who is pregnant with her second baby with Joe, said: "Do you know what, Kaye, I am like you, and I still feel like I burn 1,000 calories! I think, God, I am working hard!
"I do! I am pretty sure I could have a whole Mars bar after!" she laughed.
Stacey also opened up on her pregnancy announcement as she revealed: "Aww, they are so excited, Rex has no idea, he's not at that age, he loves his animals, you know what he is like, I think he will love it.
"We are just so grateful and feel so privileged to have the chance to have another baby, we love being parents, it's our favourite thing in the whole wide world, we just cannot wait," she gushed.
Stacey also admitted she was in denial at first about the pregnancy as she had suffered from baby loss in the last year, making it harder for her to allow herself to believe it had happened this time.
Kaye said: "Stacey I am so excited about your wonderful news!
"Does it feel good to have it out there?"
Stacey replied: "Having it out there was never a worry, but you know what I was like, girls, I was in denial.
"I thought, 'You never know, don't think it might not happen again, it might happen, it might not happen.'
"We wanted to wait for a point where it was actually happening, it was actually happening."
"Sometimes it's nice to have that to yourself isn't it?" asked Nadia.
"Yeah, although sometimes it's not that great is it?" Stacey said.
"Sometimes it's nice to share your experiences, good or bad, and sometimes it's nice to fester in a cave on your own and go, 'I've got to stay safe and stay tired and stay in'.
"I am so excited girls, honestly," she added.
Referring to Stacey's home, Pickle Cottage, and the baby's nickname 'little pickle', Nadia said: "If it's a girl you could call her Picklelily!"
"That's a lovely suggestion," Stacey laughed, sarcastically.
"And if it's a boy... " said Nadia.
"If it's a boy, Picklewilly!" replied Stacey.
