Stacey was helping the family to declutter and move on from some past painful memories.
But the mum-of-four ended up choking back tears as the experience brought back her own childhood memories.
"To be able to save really painful memories for her, which could be massive chunks for answers to her children's questions is a really selfless thing to do," Stacey, who gave birth to her first daughter last month, said in the programme.
"I almost get really sad; when my mum and dad got divorced, my mum let go of everything. I've never seen my mum's wedding dress and wedding photos.

"I definitely almost have a jealousy of watching the girls see all their parents photos and stuff."
She added: "And also just the love letters, Steph’s children will read those and know how in love their mum and dad were."
Stacey was then seen comforting Stephanie as she sobbed, with the her then comforting her daughter as she cried over the wedding items.
But it all became too much and Stacey, who was pregnant at the time, also being to cry.

The 32-year-old said: "I'm so emotional. What is is, I really love them people as well - they're the most gorgeous family.
"You can see Steph has devoted her life to these kids, she's so lovely, this whole day has just got me."
Prior to the show, Stacey shared her nerves on Instagram as she and partner Joe Swash waited for the first episode of the six-part series to air.
"Omg this is it I'm pooing myself," she joked over a video which sees Joe excitedly saying: "Here we go," before both he and two-year-old son Rex start whooping.
"Sort your life out will ya," Joe then joked.
