Stacey Solomon has been ‘laughing all day’ over Joe’s ‘ridiculous’ choice of Halloween costume.
The Loose Women star, 31, took to Instagram to share a glimpse of her family’s spooky season outfits – which were cleverly chosen by her husband-to-be Joe Swash.
The proud mum-of-four beamed in a family portrait, alongside Joe, her boys Zachary, 13, Leighton, 9, and one-year-old Rex, along with the couple’s newborn daughter Rose.
Stacey donned a Monsters Inc ensemble as did her sons.
Meanwhile, Joe rocked a blue onesie and a funky knitted beanie hat which matched baby Rose’s adorable Pippy Long Stocking hat.
Alongside the hilarious family snap, Stacey told her fans that this year’s costumes were a bit rushed due to the fact baby Rose only arrived less than three weeks ago.
Nevertheless, the proud mum found the whole ordeal rather amusing.
Stacey said: “Happy Halloween. Lots of love from me and my little monsters. Joe and Leighton were in charge of Halloween this year, and they tried so hard bless them.
“My snake hair is cracking me up. To be fair, it’s better than my actual hair right now.
“It’s made me laugh so much all night. Love you, Joe Joe.
“The boys went trick or treating like this and then we had a little disco in the garden looking like absolute weirdos. Hope this brings you as much joy as it brought us tonight.
“It’s so ridiculous it makes me love it even more. Love you all.”
While Stacey may not have completely rated Joe’s Halloween costume efforts, there’s no denying that her fans were loving the mis-matched costumes.
“This is the best thing I’ve seen all day. Props to Joe and Leighton for being so creative,” one fan gushed.
“Amazing! What even is Joe dressed up as? More importantly, WHAT are you,” another teased.
A third follower penned: “Stacey!!! This is cracking me up. Your feet!! Best Halloween costumes of 2021 in my opinion.”
“Yep. You’ve just won Halloween,” someone else enthused.
While Stacey’s youngsters were out and about trick-or-treating, Stacey stayed put at home with baby Rose.
It comes after the Loose Women star admitted that she’s not leaving the house anytime soon after a recent outing left her overwhelmed.
The new mum headed out Joe, her three sons and baby daughter Rose for an adventure at a wildlife park in Hertfordshire.
The park had a dinosaur experience which her youngest son Rex loved, but Stacey admitted the outing took a toll on her.
In a post on Instagram , she explained: "I've never seen Rex so engrossed! This is my nephew's favourite place and I can see why.
"I basically fed Rose all the way around and it was a bit overwhelming but I'm glad I got to be there to see their faces and excitement.
"Won't be leaving the house for another four weeks though."
Stacey welcomed her first daughter on her own birthday on October 4.
