Stacey Solomon and Joe Swash have revealed the sex of their first baby in a touching Instagram post.
The celebrity sweethearts, who announced the birth of their first child on Thursday evening, revealed they are proud parents to a a baby boy.
Joe wrote on Instagram: "Good morning son." He followed the message with a stream of kisses as he tenderly kissed his newborn's tiny feet.
It was proud dad Joe who announced girlfriend Stacey had given birth to their first child together.
Sharing a candid picture of her lying in her hospital bed with the baby on her chest, he said: "This morning. A lot earlier than planned I watched the love of my life, bring a new life into the world. We are overwhelmed, overjoyed and apprehensive of what’s to come. Mummy and baby are well and resting.
"We are so grateful for all of the love, support and positivity we’ve received over the last 8 months. I’m lost for words to describe how I’m feeling. So for now, I’m going to spend the next few days and the rest of my life falling more in love with these two humans."
Stacey is already mum to two boys Leighton,7, and Zachary, 11, and Joe has son Harry, 11, from a previous relationship.
The Loose Women star, 29, previously revealed she was in a "state of panic" about welcoming a newborn.
After hilariously explaining that her bladder "can no longer even hold my saliva" and had to do a late night trip to the toilet, Stacey worried that she wouldn't wake up if her baby needed her.
"I have entered a state of panic this morning at the reality of the foreseeable future. What have a let myself in for? It’s been 7 years since my last night feed," she wrote.
Stacey and Joe first struck up a friendship when they met on the set of ‘I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!’ in 2010.
Joe had been presenting the spin-off show, and Stacey was crowned Queen of the Jungle.
Although they didn't start dating until 2016, Joe admitted that he fancied Stacey all those years ago.
